Context
Mercato is a B2B ordering marketplace for pharmacies, with a consumer side, Salamati, that finds nearby pharmacies and products. The product family spans the buyer app, the supplier side, a pharmacy ERP, an agent app for field dispatch, and the consumer finder. Every surface had to work in Arabic first and English second.
What I did
Led UX and product design across the agent dispatch app and Salamati. Set the information architecture, the core flows for order picking and client visits, and the map and search experience for consumers. Built the bilingual design system the family now shares, with tokens, components, and RTL rules written once and reused everywhere.
Outcome
One system, several apps, one language for the team. The agent app ships a clear pick-and-deliver loop. Salamati opens on a map and gets a person to a pharmacy in two taps. Details of the engagement are under contract; the work is shown here as product surfaces only.
